Melissa Tait Named Vice President of Technology by Leading Digital Media Agency Acsys Interactive

Farmington, CT, July 26, 2012 – Acsys Interactive, an award-winning independent agency known for creating digital experiences with meaningful impact, announced today it has named Melissa Tait as its Vice President, Technology, reporting to President Stan Valencis.

Tait brings over 15 years of experience in interactive marketing, technology, mobile and social development, and web production. She most recently served as Vice President and Director of Technology Enablement at Digitas.

Prior to joining Acsys, Tait served in a variety of leadership roles during a 12-year span at Modem Media/Digitas. As Vice President and Director of Technology Enablement, she was a key leader in innovation research, development and training. Tait has presided over a diverse client portfolio including Delta, Mead Johnson Enfamil, Post Foods, The Hartford, Kraft, Starburst, GM, GE, EMS, Heineken USA and Humana. She received a B.A. in History from the University of Connecticut, and lives in Newtown, Conn. with her husband and two children.
