Sales leaders are constantly trying to improve the efficiency of their reps. But all too often, good sales reps struggle to figure out which leads are work following up on, managing a multi-step sales process over multiple days or weeks all while new leads come in, etc.

All that is then on top of increasing requests to document activity in the CRM system. The result? Low levels of active selling time, and inefficient use of the time left to reach real, ready-to-buy prospects.

Velocify is the first system I have seen that tells sales reps exactly who to call and when. It automatically sorts and continually re-ranks the call lists based on lead score, quality and a variety of other criteria.

Let’s say you want reps to call new prospects based on a specific process- first time within four hours, then four business days later, then five business days after that. Instead of having to set calendar reminders or individual tasks in CRM, the sequence is built right into Velocify. Reps just login and start selling.

I also like the idea of performance-based lead distribution. The system can automatically reward behavior (compliance with the process, high conversion rates, etc.) by giving some reps more leads than others.

If you manage a high-velocity sales team, it’s definitely worth a look.
