CINCINNATI (September 24, 2009) LoyaltyOne Consulting today announced a
staff expansion that features the addition of four executives who have
provided customer loyalty expertise to such leading companies as Best Buy,
Hallmark, American Express, American Airlines, Victoria’s Secret and Sears.

Creating loyal customers for Fortune 1000 brands since 1981, LoyaltyOne
Consulting partners with clients to assess their loyalty needs and designs
customized strategies that align with business objectives and opportunities.

The staff expansion follows closely on the heels of the successful
LoyaltyOne Consulting rebranding campaign in July 2008. Formerly COLLOQUY
Consulting, LoyaltyOne Consulting capitalizes on experience designing and
implementing customer strategies and offers strategic consulting, research
and analytics that are customized to meet individual client needs.

LoyaltyOne Consulting hired the following executives:

Dan Ribolzi

Consultant Dan Ribolzi advises on best practices in all areas of loyalty
marketing, including enterprise loyalty strategies, loyalty program design,
evaluation and growth strategies. Drawing on expertise in customer-centric
marketing, Dan helps develop and implement solutions that meet clients’
business objectives while creating value for his customers. Dan was a former
executive with Best Buy where he oversaw several aspects of their customer
engagement strategy including the very successful Reward Zone program.


Consultant Aline Ostrowski brings two decades of experience in designing and
managing customer loyalty strategies. Aline’s expertise encompasses all
facets of strategic planning, financial analysis and change management.
Prior to joining LoyaltyOne, Aline held senior positions in client services
and loyalty marketing with Carlson Marketing Worldwide, where she worked
across many industry verticals with a varied roster of clients, including
Merrill Lynch, T.G.I. Friday’s, Sprint and Hallmark.

Guy Dilger

Consultant Guy Dilger brings a wide array of experience to the consulting
team. Guy’s previous work includes two years at Sears Holdings where he
worked on national customer-centric retailing initiatives for Sears and
Kmart. Guy also was a part of the Limited Brands team where he ran
customer-marketing programs for Express, including CRM, email, private label
credit card, loyalty and web marketing programs.

Research Analyst Lauren Wawrzyniak joined LoyaltyOne Consulting after
spending more than a year as a Marketing Assistant for COLLOQUY, a
LoyaltyOne company. Now a part of the LoyaltyOne Consulting team, Lauren
directly supports loyalty strategy recommendations and research initiatives
for Fortune 500 clients, including Walgreens and J.P. Morgan Chase.
