The latest version of the company’s flagship solution, which seamlessly integrates Oracle’s Siebel® CRM with Microsoft® Outlook®, and smartphones such as the RIM BlackBerry®, Windows® phone and Apple iPhone™, automates Siebel updates and integrates social networking and sales intelligence capabilities.

Integrated Social Networking and Sales Intelligence

Knouen OfficeSync 3.0 now provides customer facing professionals the ability to supplement structured customer and sales data in Siebel, with information from social networking sites and third-party B2B data sources. Knouen OfficeSync’s data connector gadgets enable users to log-in to sites such as LinkedIn®, Jigsaw® and others and pull valuable information from these sites directly in to Microsoft Outlook. By integrating both structured and unstructured data in one convenient interface, end users have a more complete view of their customers and prospects.

Knouen Sales Assistant

Companies often struggle with getting timely and accurate sales information in to their CRM system. Knouen Sales Assistant helps companies to proactively capture the customer and sales data their managers need to make smarter and more informed decisions. Knouen Sales Assistant is an optional service that runs in the background and automatically logs interactions with customers such as e-mails and appointments as activities in Siebel. With Knouen Sales Assistant enabled, there is no manual labor involved and end users save countless hours. Knouen Sales Assistant is highly customizable and provides intelligent filters that separate business and personal e-mails and appointments and enters only business related content in Siebel.

Improved Manageability and Usability

Knouen OfficeSync 3.0 provides tighter integration with Microsoft Outlook, expanded role based configurations that allow options to be set at the role level, and better Siebel configuration support. A new application monitoring service proactively monitors Knouen OfficeSync and Siebel to ensure that data is being properly entered in Siebel. Knouen OfficeSync 3.0 also monitors application uptime, server capacity and expiring passwords. Knouen OfficeSync 3.0 works with Siebel CRM v6.1 and higher, and Microsoft Outlook 2003, Microsoft Outlook 2007 and 2010 versions of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office. Knouen also provides support for 64-bit machines.
