Knoa EPM for Salesforce to Provide an Accurate View of the User Experience to Salesforce Users

NEW YORK, March 18, 2013 – Knoa® Software, the leading provider of user experience and performance management software, today announced the availability of Knoa Experience and Performance Manager (EPM) for Salesforce Sales Cloud® and Salesforce Services Cloud®. Knoa’s award-winning Knoa Experience and Performance Manager (EPM) solution goes beyond the performance of networks, hardware and infrastructure – providing a clear view of how users actually interact with the Salesforce Cloud applications.

According to Credit Suisse forecasts, Salesforce revenue and market share in CRM will potentially grow to more than 40 percent of the total available market by 2016, giving Knoa Software access to a very large and rapidly growing incremental market. Many of Knoa’s existing enterprise customers have implemented Salesforce and now want the benefits of user experience and performance management applied towards their growing base of Salesforce Cloud users.

“User experience and performance management will enable Salesforce users to improve sales productivity, boost win rates and grow revenue by optimizing sales team performance,” said Thad Eidman, Chief Executive Officer, Knoa Software. “For the first time, Salesforce users now have a clear and objective view to realizing the full value of their CRM investment.”

Customers can chart a path to best-in-class performance across a wide variety of performance metrics. Knoa EPM’s analytics accurately assess overall business process performance and provide an early indication of system, user and business process errors before they reach the support desk or worse, the customer. This enables Knoa customers to improve operations and reduce cost for IT service and support and operations.

“Knoa’s agent powers a robust architecture for comprehensive real-time monitoring of the end user’s environment, experience, and behavior,” writes JP Garbani in a Forrester Research, Inc. report, Competitive Analysis: Application Performance Management and Business Transaction Monitoring. “Knoa’s agent delivers out-of-the-box monitoring with automated application discovery and agent configuration.”

Knoa EPM for Salesforce empowers global companies to realize the full value of their enterprise application software investment. Return on investment is often considerable, and may often represent millions of dollars in benefits for Knoa customers.
