LOS ANGELES (July 24, 2012) – Kidworth, a youth-oriented financial services company focused on empowering a new financially-savvy generation, launched Kidworth 2.0 today with a goal to create over one million young entrepreneurs. Kids and teens are now able to launch a new company in three minutes on Kidworth for free.
Its “Young Entrepreneurs” product release makes Kidworth the easiest place anywhere for teens and kids to start a simple business offering products and services. Kidworth enables kids to start a company, identify goods and services to offer, collect payments and promote their business through social media, email and free business cards. Kidworth users create original artwork, make videos, design logos, provide computer assistance, do yard-work and promote brands on Facebook, as examples. Kidworth 2.0 also includes a marketplace where kids can buy and sell goods – such as electronics, sporting goods and homemade crafts.
With over 24,000 current users thus far, Kidworth is aiming to help over one million young entrepreneurs start their own companies for free. Parents can create a master account for younger kids, while teens can create their own accounts.
