IP Unity Glenayre(r) Names Stan Chilton Senior Vice President of Service, Operations and Quality

IP Unity Glenayre, Inc., a leader in delivering carrier-grade messaging and multimedia solutions over IP, TDM and enterprise networks, today announced a major addition to its operations with the appointment of Stan Chilton as Senior Vice President, Service, Operations and Quality.

Stan Chilton has a long track record of optimizing operations, improving customer service and maximizing productivity in diverse global environments. He is a 27-year veteran of Nortel Networks where he performed a wide range of functions related to delivering client satisfaction and improving quality and operations. His most recent posting was as Vice President of Business Transformation, where he was given complete autonomy and tasked with driving significant earnings improvements for the services business.

In his role as Senior Vice President, Service, Operations and Quality, Chilton will focus on improving quality while optimizing operations, and therefore improving productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Chilton earned his BA in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix and his Master of Science in Management of Technology at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
