Successful BI and Mobile Entrepreneur Aims to Grow Innovative VoC Analytics
Company by Offering Multi-Channel Solutions

MONTREAL, QC – May 23, 2012 – iPerceptions Inc., a leading provider of
online Voice of Customer (VoC) analytics derived from actual visitor
feedback, today announced that it has appointed Audry Larocque as President
and CEO. A serial entrepreneur in the Business Intelligence (BI) and mobile
markets, Larocque has led his past two companies through rapid high-growth
success. He will now put his experience, industry knowledge and leadership
capabilities to work for iPerceptions as the company prepares for its next
phase of growth.

“I am thrilled about the opportunity to lead such an innovative and
inspiring company,” said Larocque. “iPerceptions has a sophisticated
solution set that has been delighting clients for over a decade and I look
forward to helping the company move the needle in VoC analytics by offering
continuous listening across all channels. This new multi-channel continuous
measurement approach will allow companies to learn about their customers’
experiences, intentions and desires at every touch point – with the ability
to easily turn that learning into action.”

Larocque joins iPerceptions from Neuralitic, where he spent five years as
CEO growing the company and positioning it as a Business Intelligence leader
in the wireless ecosystem. Neuralitic was named one of the ten Canadian
wireless companies to watch by IDC, won the Deloitte Technology Fast 50T
award and was named in many articles by the Yankee Group and other reputed
sources. Under Larocque’s leadership, Neuralitic developed its SevenFlow
product suite, filed over 22 patents, marketed the product in over 20
countries and won contracts with mobile operators in Europe, Asia and North
America. Larocque developed business and marketing strategies and raised
venture capital, attracting over $20M to fuel growth.

Before co-founding Neuralitic, Larocque co-founded and served as CEO of
Cilys, a wireless software infrastructure vendor founded in 2001 that
provides network acceleration and optimization technology to mobile
operators. He led Cilys through successive rounds of financing totalling $8M
and established a foothold in international markets. Larocque also spent
time in Geneva, creating a European presence for Cilys. He was integral to
the acquisition of Cilys by Openwave Systems in January 2005 and then spent
over a year at Openwave integrating Cilys as a business unit, leading
product strategy and building a healthy pipeline. During the integration,
Larocque worked in Silicon Valley, developing a vast network of contacts.
Before founding Cilys, Larocque co-founded Deuteron Acquisition, a Canadian
leader in wireless and RFID solutions. Deuteron was acquired by Epsilia in
2008.
