How much of an influence does your content have on your bottom line?

According to the infographic “Valuable Content and Social Selling” by Robert Caruso, founder and CEO of Bundle Post, your social media content is indispensable when it comes to your ROI.

This week’s “interesting infographic” explains how your content spurs discussions with your consumers. I invite you to refer to these guidelines below, which aids our B2B marketing peers – including yourself – in understanding the influence content has over a target audience’s decisions.

Your Guidelines For Building Profitable Conversations

  • Post the content that relates to your audience via the appropriate social media outlets.
  • Use content to encourage social media users to interact with your company by using “Likes”, shares and providing comments.
  • As your target audience engages with your company via social media, this is your opportunity to trigger more conversations about your products and services.
  • Make arrangements with your engaged audience to further discuss your products and services. Provide your audience with links, videos, etc. that relate to your company.
  • In the end, it is imperative to continue the process of monitoring and engaging with your target audience, which includes those who end up becoming new customers and those who do not.

Next, I would like to know this: what is your advice for spurring social and profitable conversations? Please leave your response in the comments below.
