New Initiative Boosts Sales Efficiency, Improves Lead Delivery and
Management and Increases User Adoption

BOSTON – February 4, 2010 – Innoveer Solutions, an award-winning CRM
consulting firm, announced today that it has helped KronosR Incorporated, the global leader in workforce management solutions, develop and implement an enhanced lead management program. The new program enables Kronos to more effectively nurture and deliver leads and quickly follow up to generate new opportunities and additional revenue.

Kronos recognized that in today’s market it needed a lead management program that would better support the company’s sales and revenue goals. The company worked with Innoveer to make improvements from a people, process and technology perspective, as well as from an integration standpoint. The result is a lead management program that isbased on clear objectives, with all functions on board and committed.
