appointment of Elizabeth Pitt as senior vice president of customer delight.
In her new role, she will lead the Customer Delight team, which includes
technical support, online training and customer satisfaction. Pitt has
extensive experience in product management and customer-driven innovation
from her time spent serving small businesses and leading teams at Intuit.
Infusionsoft CEO Clate Mask says Pitt’s arrival marks the beginning of a new
era of customer delight at Infusionsoft. “Elizabeth is passionate about the
customer experience and has a gift for developing products and services that

Prior to joining Infusionsoft, Pitt founded Growth Choice Enterprises, a
growth consulting, coaching and training company. She also oversaw new
business initiatives at Intuit, where she served as director of product
management, and spent several years as a senior associate at McKinsey &
Company. Pitt has an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Strategy from
University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Liberal Arts
from University of California, San Diego.
