Infor Demonstrates CRM Solutions at Net.Finance 2009

ATLANTA – April 16, 2009 – Infor today announced its presence at Net.Finance 2009, a multi-channel financial services marketing conference, on April 20-23, 2009 at the JW Marriott Resort in Las Vegas. Infor is demonstrating its CRM Epiphany solutions for the financial services industry at booth #14.

Julie Griffin, vice president of eServices at Navy Federal Credit Union, an Infor customer, will share her organization’s experiences on “Multi-channel Revenue Generation Strategies for Financial Services.” Griffin will present in a roundtable format how Navy Federal, the world’s largest credit union, developed a business case for multichannel CRM initiatives and then maximized member service and cross-servicing through real-time, intelligent interactions. Griffin is joined in the presentation by Tony Compton, director of product marketing for CRM at Infor.
