Epsilon Receives Highest Score for Current Offering and Market Presence

Dallas, Texas – February 17, 2012 – Epsilon today announced that the February 2012 report “The Forrester Wave™: US Loyalty Program Service Providers, Q1 2012” by Forrester Research, Inc., named Epsilon as a leader. In this evaluation, Epsilon was the top ranked company for Current Offering and Market Presence. Epsilon received the highest scores for the Analytics and Reporting Services, and was among the highest ranked in the Integration Capabilities, and Strength of Management Team categories.

Epsilon received the highest scores available in the Technology Platform sub-categories for Bonusing, Offer Management, and Data. Epsilon was cited for “its emphasis on loyalty strategy and analytics capabilities.” The report also stated that “Epsilon provides a leading range of offerings to assist its clients with the strategy, design, implementation, operation, and evolution of their loyalty efforts.” In addition, the evaluation highlighted that “conversations with clients revealed that they are particularly satisfied with Epsilon’s flexibility and strategic contribution to the business.”

Ultimately, “The Forrester Wave™: US Loyalty Program Service Providers, Q1 2012” reviewed six vendors in the assessment against sixty criteria to understand how the vendors support marketers’ loyalty programs through a combination of technology, strategy and program management services, and analytics.

In January 2011, Epsilon was named a leader in the report “The Forrester Wave™: US Database Marketing Service Providers, Q1 2011,” also ranking highest for Current Offering.
