Minnesota-based process and CRM consulting firm High-Yield Methods is now affilitated with the London-based, not-for-profit, BP Group, one of the largest issuers of process certification worldwide. HYM principal Dick Lee will represent BP Group as a conference speaker and will conduct webcasts and live workshops. Lee already manages the “Outside-In Process Group” on Linked-in for BPG.

BPG founder Steve Towers said of Visual Workflow, HYM’s internally-developed process approach, “Visual Workflow represents a new way of understanding process. As the first outside-in process (its pedigree goes back to 1996) it represents an emerging trend in helping organizations rethink themselves to align everything they do with successful customer outcomes.”

According to Lee, “In addition to speaking and training opportunities, the affiliation provides us ready access to expert consultants on every continent, including some already trained in Visual Workflow.”

The Business Process Group, founded in 1992, is the leading industry proponent of adopting customer-centric, “outside-in” process design. All BPG training is now centered on “outside-in” principles.

HYM, founded by Dick Lee in 1994, has been on the leading edge of both CRM and “outside-in” process since then.
