Ger Kors Joins Artificial Solutions As VP Sales

Stockholm, November 5, 2010; Artificial Solutions, the natural language interaction and Customer Service Optimization specialist, today announced that Ger Kors has joined its executive management team as VP Global Sales. Kors has over 20 years experience in software sales and in building and managing successful international commercial operations. Most recently he managed the European sales operations for SaaS based Alterian and prior to that held senior sales and general management roles in Mediasurface, and SAP. His appointment further strengthens Artificial Solutions’ commercial operations as the company embarks on the next stage of its growth.

The software suite developed by Artificial Solutions is built on its Natural Language Interaction engine, a technology that uses natural language processing and the principals of artificial intelligence to interpret free format customer conversations across multiple channels such as the web, mobile, email, social networks and live-chat. By truly interpreting and understanding the conversation, the virtual assistants implemented by Artificial Solutions are able to provide intelligent, human-like responses to a customers’ service or business queries.

Artificial Solutions’ Customer Service Optimization suite is designed to reduce the number of inbound queries that are passed to live agents with reductions of 25% or more being commonplace.
