TSA gets a bad rap most of the time. It is often deserved, but in the Los Angeles airport they really do create a pretty pleasant experience – or, at least, as pleasant as the whole undressing and dressing thing can get.
From the pre-screening lady, to the 3 TSA agents at the X-ray booth, they were friendly, polite, and even found a way to share a laugh or two with their customers. I watched how carefully they were scritinizing things, and I’m pretty sure that this geat human touch didn’t have a negative impact on security.
So, here are three words people just don’t say very often: Well done TSA!
