availability of Extended Expandable ERP Integration for Salesforce CRM on
the AppExchange. The newest features provide bi-directional CRM Accounts to
ERP Customer integration with the use of the Pervasive ETL and web services
validation and Integration with Salesforce Products and Price Book objects.
A significant addition is the availability of Expandable SaaS Integration
with Salesforce that reinforces Cloud-to-Cloud business application

The announcement was made today at Dreamforce 2009, salesforce.com’s user
and developer conference.
Building on the initial integration release of customer master upserts with
customer: activity, history, sales orders, invoices and sold serialized
parts, the additional integration capability provides two key elements.
First the ability to convert a Salesforce Account to an Expandable customer
provides a bi-directional integration with a tier 2 full featured
Manufacturing ERP/MRP and second, furthering the integration with
Expandable’s On-Demand ERP product provides availability for businesses
driving a Cloud-to-Cloud application deployment strategy. Best practice
industry ERP & CRM integration guidelines were followed in driving a
complete 360 degree visibility with a business’s end-customers regardless of
the deployment model for a manufacturing ERP.
