Epsilon Targeting Leverages Marketing Talent to Fuel Growth

DALLAS, March 23, 2011- Epsilon, a leading multichannel marketing services
firm, today announced new hires and promotions within its Epsilon Targeting
business. Michael Hall has been promoted to Executive Vice President of
Sales, Rob Reger has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Les
Wood has joined as Vice President of Marketing.

Michael Hall has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales, where
he will oversee sales for all assets of Epsilon Targeting. Mr. Hall joined
as part of Epsilon’s acquisition of Equifax’s Direct Marketing Services
division, where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales, responsible for
sales, operations, technology, marketing and finance.

“Consumer purchase activity is picking up significantly in many of Epsilon’s
key industry verticals, such as retail, financial services and consumer

Rob Reger, former Vice President of the Direct to Consumer Group, has been
promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales. Mr. Reger’s new
responsibilities include leading the account management and business
development sales teams for the direct to consumer, publishing and
fundraising groups within Epsilon Targeting.

“Since I began my career in direct marketing in 1990, the landscape has
changed dramatically,” said Mr. Reger. “However, overarching marketing

Les Wood, newly appointed Vice President of Marketing, is responsible for

opportunities and growth initiatives and developing a comprehensive
marketing strategy in North America.

Mr. Wood joins from Qwest Communications where he served as Director of
Marketing. Mr. Wood held several other management positions at Qwest in
strategy, marketing performance and advisory and retention/loyalty.
