Quality Audit Confirms TotalSource Plus™ Outperforms the Competition

Dallas, TX – October 16, 2013 – Epsilon, the global leader in creating customer connections that build brand and business equity, today announced the findings of a third-party quality audit of its aggregated data source, TotalSource Plus™.
Authorized in August 2013, the third-party audit confirmed that Epsilon’s data performance has a clear advantage over other competitive providers across several evaluation criteria including name and address coverage, element coverage, element accuracy and data performance. Epsilon’s TotalSource Plus’ ™ data stability, modeling strength and performance results provide improved ability to reach the desired audience resulting in the best possible return for the client’s marketing efforts.

Results confirmed that Epsilon’s data outperformed the others, delivering performance improvement from 10% to 23% over the competing sources in top audience deciles.
