Scribe Focuses on Innovation and Partner Expansion to Drive Growth and
Industry Accolades
Manchester, N.H. May 2, 2013 Scribe Software, an established global
provider of solutions that easily bring customer data anywhere it is needed,
continues its dominant role in the customer data integration market with
another milestone quarter. In Q1 of 2013, Scribe launched major innovations
to its enterprise-grade cloud integration platform, and drove an 88 percent
growth in partner sales and 150 percent growth in new customer accounts over
2012, and continued expanding its software and channel partner ecosystem.
Serving more than 12,000 customers worldwide, Scribe also added 23
enterprise customers across the United States and EMEA reaching more than
22,000 new individual CRM/ERP seats. This was fueled by a 127 percent growth
over 2012 in EMEA enterprise sales.
Integration Innovation
In Q1 of 2013, Scribe announced significant enhancements to its
award-winning Scribe Online Platform, which provides a radically new way for
Scribes growing ecosystem of software provider and systems integrator
partners to create complete, responsive and accessible cloud integration
solutions for businesses of all sizes. Many of the leading Software as a
Service (SaaS) application providers including Microsoft, Salesforce,
ExactTarget, Xactly, Silverpop, Marketo, FinancialForce, etc. have formed
strategic partnerships with Scribe to deliver the next-generation customer
data platform to their customers.
We have been very impressed with the ease of use, scalability and speed of
the Scribe Online Platform. We are using it internally and are bringing to
market packaged solutions for AX, CRM and MarketingPilot integration, noted
Gary Peterson, SVP of Hitachi Solutions. Scribes new visual interface
makes cloud and hybrid data integration between core business applications
easily accessible and speeds the development of new integrations to drive
business value faster.
I was impressed by the way Scribes offering makes data integration simpler
for business while providing integration into applications for marketing,
sales, customer services and accounting systems. Today, when organizations
have systems dispersed across online environments that need data shared
across applications or integrated into a unified environment for analytics,
Scribe Online is a great step forward, noted Ventana Research CEO and Chief
Research Officer Mark Smith in arecent article. Having software that can
align business and IT is essential, as less than a fifth (19%) work together
well for the information needs of an organization, according to
our information management research. Scribe can provide significant value
here, empowering business to do its own integration in a secured and
governed manner.
Partner Expansion
In Q1, Scribe announced key partnerships such as Datix and Marketo to give
businesses integrated marketing solutions that connect critical customer
data for better business outcomes continuing Scribes focus on making
customer data integration reliable and easy.
Scribe’s novel approach to cloud data connectivity will extend the value of
the Marketo platform by allowing critical prospect data to be easily
integrated with data from other core business systems. This will allow our
joint customers to get to value faster and at a lower cost, said Mark
Sheridan, Vice President, Business Development, Marketo.
Scribe also made new strategic partnerships with top ISVs, including
Evergage, FieldOne, Intacct and Leaseworks, and continues to own the channel
market for customer data integration with more than 1,000 global partners.
Rave Reviews
Recently named a CODiE Award finalist by the Software and Information
Industry for best integration solution, Scribe continues to earn industry
honors. However, its highest honor is driving customer accolades by making
the traditionally time-intensive, complex process of data integration open,
user-centric and available to key stakeholders.
In fact, over half of the Convergence 2013 Microsoft Customer Excellence
Award winners (e.g., Driscoll Strawberry Associates, Inc., WeightWatchers
International, U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs) use Scribe to ease their
integration efforts, and 75 percent of the MS Dynamics partners (e.g.,
Edgewater Fullscope, Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd., Tribridge) servicing
award winners use Scribe as their choice customer data integration solution.
Illinois is the first state in the nation to have an online inmate
management system hosted in the cloud. Scribe took us from the Stone Age to
the Space Age by enabling us to migrate inmate data out of our legacy
mainframe and into the cloud, said Steven Matthews, CIO of Illinois Dept.
of Corrections.
Scribe is revolutionizing data integration in todays cloud and IT
consumerization era. We are committed to offering enterprises and government
agencies the absolute simplest way to integrate customer data across
business applications, regardless of where that data lives, added Scribe
Software CEO Lou Guercia. Appreciating the additional reach of our
strategic partners, we will continue to work with them to provide flexible,
scalable solutions that allow them to quickly drive business value for their
customers.
