When you give your fans a special moniker and speak to them at concerts then you fully understand who needs who. Lady Gaga makes no bones about the fact that her success is based solely on her fans and how fanatic they continue to remain. Want to be really customer-driven like Lady Gaga? Here are some things you can do to make your business have the “monster” feel of Lady Gaga:

* Start referring to your customers by your own “little monsters” special moniker, e.g. “believers” instead of customers.

* Surprise your customers with special events.

* Give them special gifts, e.g. an inscribed T-shirt.

* Name one of your products after a customer.

* Have a special greeting for when you see a customer. “Your own monster claw”

* Call one of your customers and announce whether they are in the building and award them a surprise discount or a free meal or glass of wine if you are a bar/restaurant.

*Send out tweets with information on specials and giveaways.

*Put these specials on your FaceBook page
