Lower the I to get Stronger R
CRM investments have not paid off as promised, have they? I have heard and seen the stories about high software licensing fees and even higher deployment costs of CRM solutions. These high costs immediately impose high pressure and dig deep holes that the organization needs to overcome to get return on investment.
Why not dramatically lower the “Investment” part of the equation using freely distributed yet powerful CRM tools? This lowers the pressure on the organization and certainly fills in the investment black whole. Plus the company can now invest in training and support to ensure maximum user adoption. This is where the real return will lie.
