Malvern, Pa. – February 28, 2007 – CRM manager, a provider of full-service implementation and ongoing consulting services for clients of salesforce.com, the market and technology leader in on-demand business services, today announced that its client base continues to grow with a total of 53 clients for its salesforce.com implementation services and 21 clients for its CRM manager on-going salesforce.com consulting services.

“We ended the year on a significant upswing,” said Andy Atkins, founder and managing partner for CRM manager. “We added 17 new clients in just November and December and see that momentum continuing well into 2007. With customer adoption of applications from the AppExchange and the recent release of Salesforce Winter ’07, we expect our growth to follow a similar pattern to salesforce.com’s success.”

“Bringing in a salesforce.com expert not only saved us a tremendous amount of time for the implementation, but also helped guide us through a strategic thought process that gave us a more structured goal-oriented approach for our marketing representatives,” said Greg Joyce, director, Customer Relationship Management for Main Line Health. “CRM manager is easy to work with and extremely flexible in catering to our unique needs. The creative ideas for maximizing salesforce.com’s functionality are a value-added component to CRM manager’s services.”

Some of the new additions to CRM manager’s growing customer base in the 4th quarter of 2006 include: Access Group; Ascentive LLC; CHD Meridian Healthcare, LLC (an I-trax company); DuPont; FullTilt; Intracorp (a division of CIGNA); GFO Consulting, LLC; Main Line Health; Milestone Partners; NCO Group, Inc.; Netzsch USA; PDS; PointRoll; Precept Marketing Group Inc.; and Valley Preferred. Additionally, CRM manager continues to renew existing customers for continued support of their salesforce.com applications.

“With their relentless focus on customer success, its no surprise that CRM manager has grown their business so rapidly,” said Bobby Napiltonia, senior vice president, worldwide channels and alliances, salesforce.com. “CRM manager is also a testament to how salesforce.com’s channel partners can evolve to embrace the momentum of on-demand applications by providing superior consulting and implementation services.”
