Senior Executives and Industry Specialists at ASLUC’09 (Altitude Software Latin Users Conference) Exchange Experiences and Insights on Technology and Market in Bahia, Brazil, from 25th to 28th March

São Paulo, Brazil, 24 March 2009 – Leading independent global contact centre solutions vendor Altitude Software is hosting the third edition of its annual Latin Users Conference, ASLUC’09, from 25th to 28th March, in Angra dos Reis, Bahia, Brazil. The ASLUC’09 agenda highlights include two roundtables: the first one will be moderated by the President of the Brazilian Association of Company-Customer Relationship, Roberto Meir, to discuss solutions to improve the quality of customer relationships, while the second will concentrate on project consolidation in the debt collection area, an increasingly priority of companies worldwide given to the economical environment.
