New Confirmit Horizons platform drives sixth consecutive year of
profitability
New York, NY and Oslo, Norway – February 23, 2010: Confirmit, the leading
global software vendor for Customer Feedback, Employee Feedback and Market
Research announces record-breaking new business in 2009. Over the past year,
Confirmit achieved more revenue from new customers than any previous year in
the companys history, and experienced its highest quarterly revenue during
the fourth quarter.

Launched in January 2009, the Confirmit Horizons platform fueled Confirmits
unprecedented 2009 growth. The huge success of this first fully on-demand,
multi-channel platform for feedback and Market Research applications yielded
record numbers of completed surveys on the platform, with a 30 percent
increase on the SaaS platform.
Confirmit continued to build its product portfolio with two additional
releases in 2009:
* Contact Center Solution: Confirmits first packaged solution, named
2009 Product of the Year by Customer Interaction SolutionsR magazine, allows
contact centers to systematically monitor the Voice of the Customer through
Web and IVR, and use that insight to improve customer experiences and boost
retention.
* Confirmit Flex: Currently in beta, Confirmit Flex is an innovative
framework that enables Confirmit, its customers, and its partners to quickly
create new applications for the platform. Some examples include a unique
application that creates surveys for iPhones, and one that uses geolocation
to reduce respondent fraud.
