Enterprise management software strategist assumes principal marketing role
with global leader Confirmit

New York, NY and Oslo, Norway: March 28, 2011: Confirmit, the leading global
software provider for Customer Feedback, Employee Feedback and Market
Research, today announced that recognized marketing strategist Michael Wooh
joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer. In this new role, Wooh will
drive global corporate and marketing strategies for Confirmit.

With more than twenty years of experience and an emphasis on enterprise
management software, Wooh’s expertise lies in successful product and service
launches, with extensive strategic marketing and planning. Wooh is poised to
lead Confirmit’s charge with branding, positioning and product strategies
that will keep the company on its path towards global market saturation.

Prior to his position as Confirmit Chief Marketing Officer, Wooh led
corporate marketing initiatives for a number of industry-leading
organizations, including Passlogix, OpTier, Platinum Technology and Computer
Associates (CA). Wooh served as Vice President of Marketing for CA. During
his tenure at CA he initiated and implemented a product strategy that led
the division to record success.

At OpTier Wooh designed the go-to-market strategy for a new market and
solution category, Business Transaction Management (BTM). Wooh’s program
ultimately positioned OpTier as the BTM market leader. Before the CA
acquisition of Platinum Technology, Wooh built the most profitable business
unit, with year-on-year growth. Earlier in his career, he honed his skills
on Wall Street with positions at Goldman Sachs, Citibank, and National
Westminster Bank.

“I look forward to working with the talented Confirmit team, working toward
continued success within the rapidly-growing customer experience market,”
said Wooh. “The Confirmit technology continues to push market evolution, as
more companies leverage enterprise tools to deliver business performance and
impact the bottom line.”

“The appointment of Michael as Chief Marketing Officer reflects the
continued momentum of Confirmit as an ever-increasing number of enterprises
rely on our platform to underpin their customer experience and market
research programs,” commented Henning Hansen, Confirmit President and CEO.
“Last year we witnessed unprecedented demand levels and Michael brings a
wealth of global experience to Confirmit, accumulated over more than twenty
years, with a proven track record for gaining increased market visibility.”

A graduate of Cornell University, Wooh has held numerous positions on the
University’s Alumni Boards, including president of the Alumni Board of
Directors. He founded Cornell’s first “cyber mentor” program now in its
seventh successful year.
