Company Signs 7 Figure Contract With Leading Global Retailer

New York, NY and Oslo, Norway, May 19, 2009 – Confirmit, the world’s leading vendor of software for Customer Feedback, Employee Feedback, and Market Research applications, today announced its first quarter results, delivering double-digit organic growth. Revenue from new clients for the quarter was at an all time high for the third consecutive quarter.

Highlights of Confirmit’s Q1 2009 performance include:
• A 7-figure contract with a leading global retailer for its Customer Feedback program
• The third successive quarter of record breaking new business growth
• Release of Confirmit Horizons, the world’s first fully On Demand multi-channel platform for Market Research, Customer Feedback and Employee Feedback
• Three-year contract with industry leader Rackspace to continue to manage the On Demand environment, delivering 99.995% uptime during the quarter.
