London, UK, January 18, 2007 – CHIL announced today that Orange Business Services in the UK is the first organisation to successfully deploy CHIL’s new, ground-breaking Tariff Review Service Solution, enabling them to accurately analyse each of its customer’s usage patterns on-line and recommend the most suitable Orange Business Services tariff plan for them. It is expected to lead to much higher customer satisfaction, lower call centre costs and a significant reduction in customer churn.
