Can CRM and Marketing Automation Be 1 Tool?

I recently talked with Stewart Rogers (@TheRealSJR) and he shared with me a very cool and different approach to CRM and Marketing Automation. The solution, Salesformics.

Salesformics aims to simplify both CRM and Marketing Automation – by focusing on the features and benefits that matter most and remaining affordable ($75/month/user) for small and mid-sized businesses.

After seeing a live demo, I immediately began to understand the ease of use for business owners, who are swamped with a thousand other priorities per day.

How is it different than the other dozen CRM solutions?

  1. Literally, anyone can use it without training. If you can use Google search, you’ll be able to to use this system. Type in “Create Lead” and you’re off and running.
  2. Drag and drop workflows allow for “if this than that” scenarios. Example: If new lead, send Welcome Email, wait 1 day, Tweet out a message.
  3. Segment your data and lists by tagging your users. Think EverNote combined with a CRM. Allows for each record to be easily labeled.

Definitely worth exploring and you can sign up without a credit card for a free 14-day trial.
