Making waiting a pleasure and a learning experience

Cafe Caturra is a restaurant located in Stone Creek Village in Cary, NC. It’s Purple Goldfish #1029 for creating a fun experience for kids:

Assuming the restaurant isn’t too busy . . . kids get a chance to make their own pizzas. They put on an apron, wash their hands, toss the dough and spread the ingredients.

Marketing Takeaway – Waiting is never pleasurable, especially with small children. Do the little extras for the little ones. Win over the kids, win the family.
