Canadian home décor and furniture protection product provider automates sales, marketing and customer service processes with Sage SalesLogix CRM system

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (May 10, 2011)—Sage North America today announced that Caber Sure Fit Inc., a Markham, Ontario based provider of home décor and furniture protection products has implemented a Sage SalesLogix CRM system to manage sales, marketing and customer service functions supporting 1500 clients across Canada. Caber Sure Fit has used Sage SalesLogix over the past year to help manage a 28 percent increase of retail and trade channel sales. Prior to automating its sales process with Sage SalesLogix, Caber Sure Fit sales representatives had to carry out certain tasks manually such as requesting sales reports from accounting. Employees now use Sage SalesLogix to instantly view accounts, sales opportunities and order status in an efficient manner that also aids customer service efforts, helping employees be more efficient with each client’s time.

Caber Sure Fit uses customized Sage SalesLogix dashboards so all employees have snapshot views of where they stand individually and how sales groups are performing towards monthly and annual sales goals. Sage SalesLogix helps sales representatives monitor and determine which accounts they should target based on detailed sales history.

Caber also creates and tracks groups in Sage SalesLogix for direct marketing campaigns. Prospect groups, for example, are segmented for campaigns targeting retail or trade markets.
