Following a series of acquisitions, Blueview Group (www.blueviewgroup.co.uk), the multi-discipline customer management agency, is announcing a rebrand involving a restructure of the group. The agency will bring under the Blueview banner all the various firms it has acquired since launching at the beginning of the year, establishing five distinct business units covering key functions.
The move follows Blueview’s recent acquisition of live and experiential marketing specialist LA Promotions, which strengthened the agency’s event offering and boosted the group’s ability to reach consumers and business customers through a range of touchpoints.
Blueview offers integrated customer management through an array of activities, including analysis and insight, strategy development, multi-channel CRM and marketing communications, campaign management, and closed-loop programme lead generation.
In providing both B2C and B2B firms with customer and prospect solutions, Blueview takes a tailored approach to each client’s specific needs. The company aims to provide ‘breakthrough communications’ that offer organisations true choice over exactly which areas and elements of their customer management they outsource.
Other acquisitions Blueview has made over the past few months include digital agency Glass, creative agency The White Square, contact centre Navigator and lead generation specialist Logicall Results – which all contribute towards the group’s structure, offering service capabilities that are comprehensively 360°, both in terms of consultancy and delivery.
In its new incarnation, Blueview will have five distinct business units handling different functions under one roof:
Blueview Live – experiential marketing, event and promotional staff, live demand generation, sampling and product launch
Blueview Create – corporate identity, brand communications, branding, retail POS, and branded environments
Blueview Digital – online destinations, social media, digital campaigns, eCommerce, and search
Blueview Direct – direct mail, eDM, data segmentation, strategy, and fulfilment
Bluview Voice – multi-lingual B2B and B2C contact, product recall, demand generation, and CRM
