Most of the time, being a frequent global traveler, I am glad I am not on an airplane.
I know sometimes I may needle and pick on the airline industry as they often times don’t create an exceptional travel experience.
However, this is one flight I wish I was on. I bet once you see the video you are going to wish you were on this flight too!
I am going to give you a little foreshadowing.
Yes, this is a “staged” experience but if you think about it, shouldn’t every customer experience be staged?
Every organization has an opportunity to create exceptional experiences for their customers. Just like in this wonderful example, creating exceptional experiences takes creativity, internal service cooperation and speed.
