Providence, RI — May 24, 2010 — BatchBlue Software (www.batchblue.com), provider of the BatchBook social CRM (customer relationship manager) for small businesses and entrepreneurs, today began accepting nominations for its third annual Small Business Super Hero contest, which celebrates companies that are making great products, providing excellent service and are champions for their clients and their community. The competition, which is running simultaneously with National Small Business Week, May 23 – 29, 2010, will recognize small business owners who are creating innovative products and services and making responsible choices in their business practices.
“In past years, we’ve been impressed with submissions that highlighted businesses running organic restaurants, making music for kids, and building websites for non-profits. In that spirit, we’d like to continue to acknowledge businesses that in their own way are contributing to the greater good,” said BatchBlue President Pamela O’Hara. “One of the highlights of our year is reading all of the inspiring stories and getting to know the people behind these cool companies.”
Contest nominations are being accepted from May 24 – June 1. To nominate yourself or another small business Super Hero, reveal your super powers by providing a 200-word (or less) description at http://batchblue.com/superhero.
This year’s Grand Prize package includes:
• Build-your-own customizable bicycle from Republic Bike
• “Free for Life” BatchBook account
• $500 MailChimp credit
• 800 MOO cards
• Free Shoeboxed Lite annual plan
