Tom Howard is the Vice President of Customer Experience at ServiceTitan. He has worked in the trades industry since he was 15 years old when he took a job with a contractor repairing his mother's refrigerator. Since then, he’s worked for three different HVAC and plumbing companies before becoming the Owner at Lee's Air, which he managed for nearly ten years and ultimately purchased. Tom grew Lee’s sales from $1.6M to $15M from 2010-2019 and has been a ServiceTitan user since 2014. In 2020, Tom joined ServiceTitan and has since been laser-focused on putting the ServiceTitan’s customers first.
