Richard Metzner, co-founder of Metzner Schneider Associates, was co-founder and president of CRM pioneer Brierley+Partners. A graduate of Harvard Business School, he has been recognized as a Brandweek "Marketer of the Year" and one of Advertising Age's "Marketing 100."
