Mike Bouke is the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Workforce Optimization, at Aspect Software, responsible for charting the strategic direction, and continuing the momentum of Aspect’s global workforce optimization suite and continuing the solution’s global availability in the Aspect Cloud. Prior to joining Aspect, Mike served as Director, Global Contact Center WFO Practice at Verint and was responsible for vision, business strategy, go-to-market execution, and both organic and M&A growth. Prior to Verint, Mike was the Director of Product Management at Witness Systems.
