Before joining Thnks in 2020, Michael specialized in building new customer success and sales teams for over 10 years, including major tech companies such as- Cisco, Okta and Pivot Point Technologies. In 2018, Michael received "Nashville's Top 30 Under 30" selection for his professional accomplishments and contributions to the Nashville community. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in finance and business management from the University of Mississippi.
