Ian Bonner becomes new Chairman of the Board

announced that J. Kirsten Bay has been appointed as the company’s new
President and CEO. Bay succeeds Ian Bonner, who will continue to serve
Attensity as chairman of the board.

Bay brings to Attensity nearly 20 years of strategic process and
organizational policy experience derived from the information management,
finance and consumer product industries. She is an expert in advising both
the public and private sector on the development of econometric policy
models. Most recently, as vice president of commercial business with iSIGHT
Partners, Bay provided strategic counsel to Fortune 500 companies on
managing intelligence requirements and implementing customer and development
programs to integrate intelligence into decision programs.
