* Microsites – Aprimo 8.5 gives marketers the ability to create and publish microsites – both multi-page and single-page landing pages. Marketers can build visually appealing, content-rich microsites using the new HTML editor. The microsites can contain a variety of content, including graphics, text, links andcontent blocks with personalized fields and forms. All of these content types can be dynamically rendered based upon business rules created by the marketer and saved in the content library for future reuse.

* Web Analytics – Allows marketers to extend their online behavior tracking to include their corporate sites using query string tags that enable them to quickly and easily integrate data sourced from their Web analytics provider. This allows them to leverage site behavior information to increase communication relevance and optimize the customer relationship.

* Email Deliverability – Gives marketers the ability to send and monitor high volumes of email and provide customers with ISP management around reputation and deliverability while eliminating the uncertainty of online message delivery. Aprimo’s deliverability solution includes the mix of tools, technologies and services to help clients navigate through and eliminate potential online email delivery obstacles.

* Integration with Aprimo Dialogue Manager – The Aprimo solution is comprised of two discrete, yet intertwined offerings that help clients reach the digital inbox – Aprimo Dialogue Manager and Aprimo Email Deliverability. The integration between the two modules gives marketers the confidence that their dynamic, personalized emails reach the digital inbox and enable them to proactively manage feedback loops and email bounces.

Innovating Productivity/Cost Cutting Processes

* Enhanced Online Review – The online review experience has been improved with a continued focus on the review of marketing content. Advanced capabilities include various drawing tools and text awareness for PDF documents. Additionally, the offline experience has been streamlined to allow a user to work offline and synchronize comments once they are re-connected.

* Improved Job Request Processes – The process of requesting new jobs has been enhanced to improve the user experience for the requestor. Key enhancements include options to save a request and methods to assign the requestor to tasks once the request is approved. This allows the requestor to be easily included in the process as the idea is moving from concept to production.

* Marketing Performance Management – Significant improvements to marketing performance management include enhanced reporting and visualization capabilities from within Campaign Manager and Dialogue Manager; access to third- party data located outside of Aprimo for both Aprimo Reports and Report Marts; and high-value general enhancements to both Aprimo Reports and Report Marts. Additionally, 55 new Aprimo Reports have been added as out-of-the-box reports spanning both marketing campaign management and marketing resource management.

Innovating Marketing with Unified Data from Anywhere

* Aprimo OptiSeries – Aprimo 8.5 gives marketers quicker and easier access to the data they need to run their marketing programs. Aprimo provides the new OptiConnect capability, which allows marketers to access multiple sources of data simultaneously, while leveraging the power of their databases. This means data can be used wherever it is with no data replication necessary. In addition, the new OptiSwitch functionality has been added to allow marketers to easily use data from multiple audience levels within a single campaign segmentation. For example, marketers can now use data from household, customer and account levels – all within the same segmentation.

* Native Access to Teradata – Aprimo has added full native support for the Teradata data warehouse platform, giving greater flexibility to those companies that use Teradata as a repository for their customer data. Aprimo customers can now access Teradata when building campaigns in the Segmentation Manager.
