Anthony & Alexander Group’s Dennis Gershowitz Appointed to TSIA’s Newly Established Partner Advisory Board

Board Established to Enhance and Strengthen TSIA’s Growing Partner Community

BILLERICA, Mass., Sept. 19, 2011 – Anthony & Alexander Group LLC (AAG),
experts in building Customer Experience Management (CEM) strategies that
boost company revenue and profits, announced today that Dennis Gershowitz,
VP field operations practice, has been appointed as a founding member of the
newly established TSIA Partner Advisory Board. TSIA-the Technology Services
Industry Association-is the leading association for today’s technology
services organizations.

With 15 founding members from leading organizations in the technology
services industry, the Partner Advisory Board serves as a representative
body of the TSIA partner community, working to update and enhance TSIA’s
partner program offerings, collaborate to strengthen the overall partner
community, and support the growth of partner initiatives.

models, so developing a partner development program that serves their best
interests, under the guidance of TSIA, is an important task,” said
Gershowitz. ” I am honored to assist TSIA in this vital initiative.”
Gershowitz is also principal of DG Associates, Hampstead, N.C., and has had
a distinguished career as a top customer service executive for several
prominent companies. He is a recipient of the President’s Club Award from
AFSMI, one of the founding organizations of TSIA.
