Altitude Software Is the Contact Center Solutions Provider with Most Awards in the 2nd edition of the CRC Gold Technology Awards

Lisbon, Portugal, December 2nd 2008 – For the second year in a row, Spanish contact centers have rewarded the leading independent contact center solutions vendor Altitude Software with the “Best CTI Solution” and “Best Predictive Dialer Solution” CRC Gold Awards for its Altitude uCI suite. The awards were announced in the 2nd edition of the CRC Gold Technology Awards during the XI Call Center+CRM Solutions Meeting.

The two prizes place Altitude Software as the most awarded contact center solution provider in this edition of the Awards. “We are very pleased to receive these two recognitions for the second year in a row.
