Markham, ON, Canada, November 15th, 2007 – Altitude Software, a leading independent global contact center solutions provider, announces today that it has been selected by a US subsidiary of a leading global pharmaceutical company to unify their customer interactions.

The Altitude Unified Customer Interaction (uCI) suite will help the company enhance and further integrate its successful multi-channel strategy for sales, marketing and customer support to key lines of product. Its adoption will also enable increased agent productivity and improved service levels across all media types of interactions (voice, email and web).
