New Breed of Contact Center Service Providers Builds on “Software as a Service” Solutions
Brussels, Belgium; September 30th, 2009 – The Altitude Software’s “Workout’09” User Group Conference 5th edition has brought to the limelight a new generation of “software as a service” business models and technology solutions that is changing the contact center services provider landscape in Central and Eastern Europe.
The two day event from the leading independent global contact center solutions vendor took place very recently in Brussels. It has brought together upstarts and leading CRM service providers in the European market, to meet and have an insight on innovative Altitude Software and partner vendor technology and business model solutions.
The User Conference has been a success in developing a close-knit industry community that has spawned new business deals and contributed to a new “business ecosystem” supported by leading edge technology solutions. “This is a great event, with great business opportunities and insights.
