Event Brings Together Industry Professionals and Experts To Discuss Next-Generation Customer Service Solutions in Brussels, the 17th October.
Brussels, Belgium, September 19th; 2013 – Altitude Software, a leader in unified customer interaction solutions, announces today the final agenda of the WorkOut’13- Altitude Software User Conference for Northern, Central and Eastern Europe, to take place in the Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport Hotel, in Brussels, the 17th of October .
The 8th edition of the WorkOut seeks to address the challenges brought on to contact centers by a new world of transparency, of interconnected people, where technology continually disrupts the way companies relate to customers, and these are growing more powerful.
Two great keynote speakers on customer service innovation
This year, the agenda includes two keynote speakers on the topics of next-generation customer service and innovation management:
– Martin Hill-Wilson is a consultant, facilitator, director at Brainfood Consulting, and a well-known speaker, writer and blogger on customer service innovation, strategy and best practices;
– Jef Staes is a long standing thought leader in the fields of learning and innovation management, with a focus on what makes change processes successful.
In addition to Martin’s and Jef’s keynotes, the conference agenda includes sessions on customer interaction solutions innovation; guest customer speakers on best practices, and a guest presentation from Vincent Vanden Bossche on the first large scale study of the European contact center market structure.
Workout 8th edition to focus on real-world solutions
Altitude Software’s “WorkOut” is an annual gathering of customer interaction professionals.
