The 8th edition of the WorkOut seeks to address the challenges brought on to contact centers by a new world of transparency, of interconnected people, where technology continually disrupts the way companies relate to customers, and these are growing more powerful.

Two great keynote speakers on customer service innovation

This year, the agenda includes two keynote speakers on the topics of next-generation customer service and innovation management:
– Martin Hill-Wilson is a consultant, facilitator, director at Brainfood Consulting, and a well-known speaker, writer and blogger on customer service innovation, strategy and best practices;
– Jef Staes is a long standing thought leader in the fields of learning and innovation management, with a focus on what makes change processes successful.

In addition to Martin’s and Jef’s keynotes, the conference agenda includes sessions on customer interaction solutions innovation; guest customer speakers on best practices, and a guest presentation from Vincent Vanden Bossche on the first large scale study of the European contact center market structure.

Workout 8th edition to focus on real-world solutions

Altitude Software’s “WorkOut” is an annual gathering of customer interaction professionals. Designed for contact center industry decision makers, the WorkOut invites attendees to share best practices, real-world solutions, insights and ideas. “The WorkOut aims to provide knowledge and guidance about the technology-enabled trends and solutions that can help companies improve contact center’s ability to deal with a fast changing reality, better serve customers and improve business” states Laurent Detournay, Altitude Vice-President for Northern, Central and Eastern Europe.

This year’s event will take place in the Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport Hotel and includes a dinner at the Autoworld, a “time travel” experience and a massive museum built inside one of the ‘palaces’ that make up the Parc du Cinquantenaire, with over 250 vehicles dating back to 1886.
