What would happen if the experiences within your organization were so legendary that the rumor mill was filled with positive stories that spread like a contagion unchecked?

Yeah, think about it. A positive contagion……… Imagine people producing good results and thus feeling better about themselves.

What are the rumors being told about you and your organization?

What are the rumors being told about your department?

Are they the type of rumors you want spread like wildfire?

A contagion that can’t be stopped?

Or, are you wishing you could hit delete, delete, delete?

If you want to change the rumors, you have to change the stories.

If you want to change the stories, you have to change the experiences.

If you want to be able to do this long term, you better have exceptional employee experiences so you can create exceptional customer experiences.
