In everything you do, you have already pictured the outcome. If it is positive and you believe it, you will do everything you can do make it a reality. By doing everything in your power you will make it a reality.
A beautiful Sunset

On the other hand if you don’t believe it, you will sabotage yourself.
This is why people who believe they cannot succeed never do. When they are about to be proven wrong, they give up. They find a new reason, a new problem that makes success impossible.

It happens every day and its our subconscious fault
You have probably noticed this when discussing something with a friend or family member. They have come to a conclusion and even though you can prove that they are wrong, they won’t believe it and they will even sabotage themselves to prove themselves right.

This isn’t a conscious decision, it is because of how our subconscious mind works.
Our subconscious believes what the conscious mind tells it. So if you conscious mind tells the subconscious that you will succeed, the subconscious believes it and tries to find as many possible ways to make it a reality. The opposite is also true.

How to protect your subconscious mind
As you realize it is very important to protect the subconscious mind and make sure only positive messages are sent to it. You do not want to sabotage yourself by programming your subconscious in ways that will limit your potential.

Control your thoughts
You have to be sure to control your thoughts and keep them as often as possible on the positive. Whenever you feel your mind is about to stray feed it positive affirmations like “I like myself!” “I love my work!” “I am going to be happy today”.

The reason this works is that the mind can only hold one type of thought at a time, either positive or negative. By feeding positive affirmations you cancel out the negative feelings.

Conclusion
Be sure to control your thoughts and feelings, keep them positive so that you don’t “poison” your subconscious and let the wrong believes control your life.
