If anyone can help with this plea, it’ll be the members and visitors to CustomerThink.

I’m trying to compile a database of Universities that offer degree-level course units in CRM. I’ve not come across any degrees in CRM, but there are many Universities that offer single units. I know of some in the English-speaking parts of the world, but would welcome information about CRM units in any language.

Here are some of the US institutions whose CRM units I already know about – Cal State Fullerton, Fuqua School at Duke, Penn State U, New York U, U of Minnesota, Rushmore U, Boise State U, Thunderbird U, Widener U, George Mason U, Wharton School U Penn, Northwestern U, Villanova U, State U of Oregon, Loyola U.

Elsewhere in the world there is Auckland Uni (NZ), Monash U (Australia), Macquarie Uni (Australia), UNSW (Australia), U of South Africa (Pretoria), U of Cape Town (South Africa), Leicester U (UK), U of West of England (UK), Rai U (India), City U of Hong Kong.

Are there others I should add to the list? Are there members of this list that no longer teach CRM?

When I’ve assembled a more complete list I’ll make it available to anyone who wants it. Thanks for your help.

  1. In the USA there is also U of Georgia, Laval U, Goizueta School at Emory, Arizona State U, De Paul U, Harvard Business School, U of Maryland, Rutgers U, and UC Irvine.

Elsewhere we can add Manchester Business School (UK), Memorial U Newfoundland (Canada), SDA Bocconi Milano (Italy), Strathclyde GSB (Scotland), Friei U Berlin (Germany), UESTC Chengdu (China), INSEAD Fontainebleu and Singapore, Birmingham Business School (UK), and Stockholm U (Sweden).

    Surely there are more!
