What’s Your Culture Code?

We got inspired this month to share a bit about our culture. Slideshare has asked members to share their #CultureCode presentations with the community, and we jumped at the chance.

Our culture has a direct impact on the experience we create for our customers, and the same can be said for your organization. If your culture represses great ideas inside the organization, then those same ideas will be withheld from your customers and clients. If your culture doesn’t allow for risk and mistakes to be made, then your customers will never benefit from true innovation. If your culture supports collaboration, your individual employees will benefit by their ideas becoming better ideas.

Culture Code

Culture within your organization has a direct impact on the experience you deliver for your customers.

Our mission here at 360Connext is to create fewer ruined days for customers. We believe that crappy experiences for customers create crappy days for people. We’re simply against crappy days, aren’t you?

In order to help prevent bad days for everyone, we believe in helping our team have fewer bad days.

We’re proud to share our culture code with you. We’d love to see yours! Join us at Slideshare or check it out here. And thanks for giving us reasons to care.
