I am not easily impressed when it comes to customer service.

I have also come to expect great service from Amazon and UPS. This time, they blew me away.

I had sent a book through Amazon to a business associate. Somehow, I entered the wrong address. A few days later, Amazon informed me that the package was undeliverable.

I was told to call UPS. They took the time to get the new address and then called me back within an hour to tell me the package would be delivered Monday.

Just think, I called them once and they got back to me! Amazon then texted me with an update as well. That’s customer service!

When things go wrong, have systems in place to follow the customers problem through resolution. They will brag about it!
